Position:  Director of Sales and Service     Job Location: San Jose, CA

Job Duties:

  1. Pioneer new markets with new products in the solar field as a long-term operational
  2. Lead the sales team to bring new business of current products, achieve sales target and fulfill the business strategy set up by management
  3. Plan and design the sales program and proactively monitor its progress by resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective
  4. Enhance the communication with SIC USA and the suppliers in
  5. Set up rules and enhancing the efficiency of Service team support $5M business and minimize the equipment downtime for our customers on service
  6. Conduct market research and setting up business plans, bringing information to management team and discussing with the
  7. Initiate, develop and maintain commercial relationships with key industry
  8. Manage key accounts, maintaining long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with
  9. Coordinate SIC USA with partners across the US to ensure SIC USA services can reach out to each customer in the
  10. Collaborate with internal cross functional groups and regional teams to determine appropriate forecasting methodologies and considerations to achieve optimization between inventory and service level

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in BA, Communications or related

Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation. The 4 years of work experience must be in developing solar projects
